Friday, Feb 2, 2018. Day 9 of our snowbird vacation.

We took a brief driving tour of the University of South Carolina campus. Below is the SC State Capitol.

If we had more time we would have gotten a walking tour, but we wanted to get back to Myrtle Beach because Angie's sister Judy and her husband Nick were coming down for a visit.

Angie again wanted to drive back roads, and we got into Turbeville at noon, so we stopped at the Chat n Chew again. This time we were smarter and split a sandwich.

We got back to our hotel at 3:00 PM, and Nick and Judy arrived about 5:00 PM, and we went out to the Flamingo Grill to celebrate Nick's 75th birthday. That was a nice restaurant.

We went back to our room and just caught up until we all ran out of gas around 10:00 PM.
