Myrtle Beach 2017 Day 15 Thursday PART 2
I decided to review my earlier blog postings today, and noticed this early entry:

We don't see ourselves living part of the year in a warmer climate - we like the variety of seeing new places. So we agreed the best thing for us (at least for now) is to spend part of each winter in a different place.

I'm not so sure that statement totally holds up any more. While we will continue to travel and visit other places, we both agree that coming to Myrtle Beach every February would not be a bad thing.

The weather is moderate. The people are friendly - both the locals as well as the "snow birds". There are tons of things to do - I doubt we will see everything we hoped to see during this visit.  We can use Myrtle Beach  as a base from which to visit family and friends who live in the Carolina's. Its close to our favorite southern cities - Raleigh & Charleston.

There are many reasons for us to return. And it looks like we are becoming Myrtle Beach snowbirds.
