Myrtle Beach 2017 Day 17 Saturday

We had heard that Conway was pretty cool so we drove up there after lunch today.

We visited the Conway Historical Museum and it was really interesting, especially for such a small town. We also checked out the Conway Riverwalk.

The Riverwalk is along the Waccamaw River and is in its nascent stages - definitely worth another visit in the future.

The main reason we went to Conway was to attend a Coastal Carolina basketball game.

Coastal Carolina is a small but up and coming school. Their baseball team was the Division 1 champ last year, CCU won yesterday, beating a favored Georgia Southern team.
