Myrtle Beach 2017 Day 3 We drove down to Murrell's Inlet for the Marshwalk Festival. It was a beautiful sunny day and it was fun. All the open restaurants had set up outside and sold small samples of their specialties for $3 or $4. They had bands on either end of the marshwalk, and they were really good.
We also stopped by the old part of Myrtle Beach - we looked for those "sharks on a stick" at the Gay Dolphin, but they don't sell them any more. We also checked out what's left of the Springmaid Pier - destroyed by Hurricane Mathew in October. The Hilton said they're going to rebuild it.
